Applicants must submit all of the information requested below to be considered for adoption.

Relinquish Application

RCER is a volunteer supported rescue, operating at full capacity.  RCER accepts horses that have quality of life, on a case by case basis.  Our priory is for abuse and law enforcement cases. 

If you have a horse that you wish to relinquish to RCER for re-homing, please submit the following information in an e-mail to us at vada@rodeocityequine.com
